After taking the supplements, Bev discovered renewed energy and decided to start running as a new hobby while living in Ponta do Ouro in Mozambique.

Since starting running again Bev has improved her distance from a 1 km to a 10 km run on the beach. An amazing achievement for 59 years old. This is quite an achievement as she had previously suffered several sports injuries, particularly in her ankles and knees.
