How to Collect your Products

NeoLife's collection and delivery system can feel a little daunting at times. But we at Yourday2day are here to help make the whole process easier for you.

There are three collection options:

1. Delivery

2. Skynet collection

3. Pep collection

To start your order go to the shopneolife website and select your products. Once you have completed your order you will be asked how you would like to receive your package. and this is when you have to choose between the three options listed above.

Option 1: Delivery, if you have ordered 100 points worth of products you will be entitled to free delivery. However, if your order is less than 100 points you will be charged an R80 delivery fee.

Option 2: Skynet collection, if you do not want to be charged a delivery fee you have the option to pick up your order from a Skynet branch near you. All you need to do is select the closest Skynet branch on the list available and collect the products from there once they have been delivered. 

Option 3: Pep collection, you also have the option to collect from a Pep store near you. However, not all the codes required to complete your delivery are listed on the Shopneolife website. In order to get the codes, you can use the site Paxi.co.za. Once you get to the homepage, click on the drop-down menu and select 'Paxi Points'. This will take you to a page where you can enter your address and find the nearest Pep store to you. Once you have the code of the Pep store you can return to your order and enter the code for that Pep store and collect your products once they arrive at that location.
