Detox 2020 Update

In January 2020 , I decided that this was the year that I was going to loose that extra weight.  I purchased the NeoLife Detox program and to my joy, discovered that Sanky had also bought the Detox program. We decided to Detox the last weekend of every month, to do this we started a whats app support group where we would post photos of what our meals looked like. This made us accountable, creative and innovative. 

The last weekend of every month in 2020 we have dedicated to caring for our body, loosing weight  and learning the discipline of healthy eating.
